Allen,
Well, well … you were much too humble yesterday. You are indeed a comic artist, and a good one at that. I also take it you are a Bengals fan.
It’s good to see you are also a blogger, and I enjoyed – briefly – touring your life. I am encouraged to see God has placed you in a region of the world that I will hopefully be in a for a while.
It was great to meet you and Andy yesterday (and Rachel). I am sad that you’ll be moving a little further away, because my wife and I would love connecting with you on a fairly regular basis in Bloomington. But, New Albany is a beautiful place, and I’m sure we’ll be down that way every once in a while.
I hope you get to feeling better in the coming days. And may God bless you and your wife as you are planted in a new place. You are going closer to Wendell Berry’s land, which is holy in my own mind.
